M&H Cleaning Company was founded in January 2022 by janitorial contractor Publio Jimenez in San Jose, California. The company is the realization of a dream that began when I was 21 years old. Watching my father—a recent immigrant—become a janitorial contractor in the early 1990s profoundly shaped my perspective on life in a first-world country. His journey, especially the challenges he faced learning a new language and adapting to a new culture, inspired me to understand both the struggles and the opportunities that come with immigration.
M&H Cleaning Company is not just a business—it’s a tribute to that journey and a commitment to excellence, hard work, and opportunity.
This dream could not have come to life without the support of those closest to me. I am deeply grateful to CEO Marco Jiménez, my son, for his leadership and shared vision; to my wife, Blanca Escobar, whose unwavering moral and emotional support has carried us through the toughest times; and to all those who contributed their time, encouragement, and even financial support along the way.
